Session:
The tech session was very successful in that it started as usual at 9:00 AM with Donuts and Coffee and was completed somewhere around 4:00 PM with correctly installed new wheel bearings, seals, dust cover, and shield.
We went through the process of selecting the correct shim, lubed the bearings and housing, installed and torqued the spindle.zza was ordered, the replacement seal was purchased and installed and the rear end was reassembled. Seals and dust covers and axle were installed and the car was down and tested by mid afternoon.
A good time was had by all. There were I think about 9 members there so a lower than average turnout but this core group was comprised of very willing and knowledgeable workers. |
